Why would a cat have a bloated stomach and green skin?

My mom feeds a stray cat. Recently she showed up with a very bloated stomach. My mom thought she had worms and got medication from the vet to apply to her neck. When she was applying the medicine, she noticed the cat's skin was green, not yellow, green.

I have a dog that had a little bit of green fur and at first we thought parvo but it wasnt. i forgot exactly what it was, but it was something treatable. was a long time ago. i hope its treatable. if u cant catch it the animal shelter will loan u a trap but dont take to shelter take to vet and lots of times they will help with cost if it not ur pet. also try pethelpers and humane net. they are great organizations. hope she or he is ok
