If my choking on food was caused by someone else?

( I had to get 2 surgurys for my throat do to a GENETIC defect in which my throat is ringed, this has caused me to choke on food all my life, but its fixed now, pure my doctor, FINALLY!!)

So why would they ask if this was caused by another person.

And how could another person cause you to choke on food your whole life?

strange if you ask me!

  1. LOL gurl.....same reason they asked my son if someone caused his broken ankle when he was drunk at the lake and fell in.......they always want to know if they can give the bill to someone else......

  2. They're just trying to figure out if someone else is responsible for the bills.  They always ask.
