Why would a lame duck mess with even rarer species?

Besides being controversial, doesn't it force the presidential candidates to go on record with the issue?

  1. Lame ducks take the opportunity to push through all their unpopular legislation. Unless someone brings it up, neither (likely) candidate has to go on record either way.


  2. I think this Q is about the Georgian Issue/War? No there are hundreds of issues that different groups would "LOVE" to have the candidates get on the record on. Examples i would like answers on . Illegal aliens / UFO / Global warming and on  and on

    Most politicians  are looking for what they think is best for the people. Not for the Birds and the Bee's and the  Flowers and the Trees. I don't "get" that kind of thinking myself. Cut down the Trees and put up a parking lot. I have a big problem with that. There is a new syndrome going around that is killing bats. Its called White Nose Syndrome.   3. I have no idea what you're talking about (Have a feeling it's American News) but if you're worried about animals I doubt you could say any species of animal is 'lame' for doing something.
