Question:

Why would a nomadic lifestyle mean people would catch less diseases?

in particular prehistoric hunter-gatherers who were known to have a normadic lifestyle. I suppose there weren't as many diseases as they are know and they would have had a stronger defense system to ours and also they would have a low population density so less germs were spread. Any other reasons?

  1. what?  What's a nomadic lifestyle?  I tried googling it and could not find the answer.

    4.eating very fresh foods [pesticides free-no additives]

    Nomads travel with, and following herds of hoofed animals, which carry their own specific types of bacteria!

    Also, when farming began 10,000 years ago, and people began to live in close-quarters (cities), Blood Type "A" mutated from "O", and "A" has greater immunity towards bacterial & viral infections...

    Therefore, nomads coming into cities, would be the first victims to succumb to plagues. This is partly the reason that Native Americans (Who were primarily Type "O"), did so poorly in resisting diseases brought over by early Europeans!
