Why would a woman date a man separated from his pregnant wife? What do you get from it?

I am a 4 month pregnant woman whose husband left a day before I found out. He has been seeing someone for the most part since he left. He claims it just happened bur I think they were eyeing each other and that is the main reason he left. He wants nothing to do with me, only the baby. Says he is no longer in love with me and makes me feel like c**p every time. I spoke to her and she supports him in whatever choices he makes, they enjoy spending time together and I believe he loves her now. He won't admit or deny it. What does she expect to get from this? or him? He hardly ever calls or questions about my appts. with the dr. He knows I am high risk pregnancy and he lets me know it is all about him! I find him egotistical and self centered, and as for her, not too many morals or ethics. Does not think too much of herself or regards to anything outside of their box.

Maybe she doesn't know he is separated or his wife is pregnant.  If she does, maybe he has given her a valid reason for why he left his wife.  

You are probably better off asking the woman this.

She wouldn't date this guy if she had any smarts ,,,, He's already got a pregnant  wife,,,, What makes him think he has any right or business seeing anyone else ,,,, The very fact that he's not sticking to his responsibilities towards his wife and the child clearly indicates what type of a person he is ,,,, So why would any other woman have anything to do with him unless she wants to wind up like his wife ?,,,,This guy is a gland head and he WILL stick it in anything that's still warm and has a pulse ,,,, He's a typical loser and I feel sorry for his wife  ,,,, What makes this other woman think he won't do to her what he's already done to his wife ,,,, Guys like this should be arrested and slammed in jail just for getting out of bed in the morning ,,,, This home wrecker of his deserves what she gets when the time comes ,,,, And like with his wife her day is coming too ,,,,  //

Because she has low self esteem and doesn't think she can interest a man that doesn't have responsibilities of his own. She is hoping that he likes her but in her heart she knows if he separated from a pregnant wife, there is no hope for her and this guy to have a relationship. He jumps ship as soon as there is any responsibility or problems.
