'94 Camaro, V6 auto, 125k. All electrical systems (interior lights, headlamps, pressure gauges, etc.) flicker off and on constantly. Been this way for months and it is really getting on my nerves. Had a shadetree mechanic try to attach a code reader and he couldn't get a reading. Please, no wild guesses.

  1. Most likely, if it is everything, you would have a loose connection on the battery, or in your fuse boxes. Electrical stuff is hard to diagnose.

  2. Check the main cable connections to the fuse panel junction blocks.

If the engine runs OK, check the inside one mostly.

If it's affecting gauges and other non-lighting stuff, it's not likely to be the headlight switch.

  3. fuse box wires are loose

  4. new head light switch - it has a heat switch in the switch - it gets hot lights go out - cool down lights on - sometimes you hear them click on and off - fords make lots of sound - this happen to me in mountains - bright lights will most  like kill our switch

  5. make sure the wires going to your fuse box are tight, and your batterry as well
