Asians go anywhere in the states where they can get a good education. Houston is the 3rd largest city in the USA and has lots of things to do. Assimilating is easy. There are many Asians in Texas.

I guess if you have the money and you think the right coaches are there why not.  If you are talented you go where you can get the best help to improve your game.  It's not about where you are coming from, it's about where you're going and how to get there.
