BUDGET car insurance is really palying with us. We purchased a car on 25 April 2008, and decided to move to a better deal with a different company since that policy was over, but the new insurance requested the no claims bonus proff from the previous company, and now everytime we call up Budget, atleast 3 with few weeks apart, they are saying its has been posted to us. Are they just telling us porkies or does a postman really take this long? Are there any 'Head' bodies I can take this matter to as It is costing us more for not providing with the proof?

  1. This could be the fault of Budget or indeed the Post delivery person. I have had lots of important documents go missing. The only way that you can check if it has been sent is to get Budget to send you your document via special delivery but this costs so I doubt whether they would do this especially as you are no longer their customer. What you could do is ask to collect the document yourself at your nearest Budget insurance office.

  2. It Sounds like you are really screwed up by this problem. Hope you could get good luck here.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  3. NEW INSURANCE COMPANY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IT ON LINE CODE BETWEEN COMPANYS

BUDGET ARE IN THE WRONG AND MUST FORWARD IT NORMALY TO YOU NOT OTHER COMPANY

  4. If there would ever be a low priority task for an insurance company this would be it. They do not stand to gain anything in this transaction.

Now they might not want to say no, you can't have it. but the person designated to do it would be doing it as time permits. If they get busy it could take a while.
