I worked with this company for a little over a year...my previous boss used to invite me out a lot to hang out but i rejected her for my own personal reasons. Well, she tried to buy me things, give me money, and i thought she was being a nice person. Now, i found out from another employee that she is stalking my computer, and followed me around when i used to work for her. I resigned about one month and a half...now she is slandering me and making up false statements about me. She has requested for my address, and i refused to give her any contact number or answer her email. I am a female so i am not sure as to why someone like her would be acting this way. I would ignore it but i am now thinking she and her friends have some problems. Because i have not done anything to be treated this way....Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

  1. Your former boss is a mental case.  She has some serious problems.  I would consult an attorney for legal action against her and your former employer if not only for the record and proceed with a restraining order at the least.  You might have grounds for punitive damages.  See an attorney.

  2. who cares why? the way it sounds, she should be arrested! (she seems dangerous...) call the police or something...

  3. maybe she believes there is a top secret involving her that you maybe aware.... maybe she committed something against the companies policy that she thinks you are aware of.

well, i suggest you confront her --- ask why she is doing that you.
