I see this on a few products nowadays and I have no idea what this is supposed to mean.

  1. It's just an expression that means it's so good you'd be willing to slap your mama to get some.

  2. You won't have to worry about him anymore he's going away.

    Congratulations you won

  3. I have actually had the sauce in question, I belong to a Hot Sauce of the Month club, I guess it means it is so hot or good you would be tempted to strike your own mother in a fit of whatever.

It is not a sauce for the tame at heart, like the others I have got, like the last one made with the 2nd hottest pepper known to man the Red Savina Habenero, it is a kick in face type of burn, but oh so good, I finished very quickly, I go through a bottle a month when it arrives and have backup until then.

  4. It's an advertising gimmick.

  5. I believe this is a Southern saying. I have always understood it to mean that your intense enjoyment of the culinary item of note will cause you such surprise that you would strike your own mother in your disbelief. I also agree with the idea that it implies you would be willing to strike your maternal parent in order to obtain the delicious item.
