Why would anyone ask a question in this domain section when you can just call yahoo about your domain? I mean seriously. I know for a fact that no one will ever answer this question that I'm asking now, because I'm the first person to ever ask a question in the first place. sad isn't it? lol....no seriously I really want to know.

  1. Hello friend,

Interesting question and congratulations for the first

one to ask, but just think, not only about domains,

but for all categories in Yahoo Products, anyone can

ask directly to Yahoo customer care.

It is just that people may be having fewer or no problems

    during this period about domains.

People get better and quicker solutions to their problems

on Yahoo Answers and someone when facing any problem

on domains should be able to ask under this section, same

as in the case of other sections in Yahoo Products.

    All the best friend.

  2. Yes you can call Yahoo, e-mail customer support, use the help files  etc., but you may not always get a helpful answer to your question or problem from Yahoo help and customer support. And some times one finds help by getting an answer from another user who has ran into the same problem with publishing, web hosting or using one of Yahoo's tools etc.

    Hope this helps

  3. Your right.  One should go directly to Yahoo tech support but where is the fun of getting the right answer when you can keep educationally guessing.  I mean the frustration and stress you are missing out in by just asking but, hey, have you ever talked to Yahoo support?  If they speak English, they don't really have a clue either.
