To lie to seem smart. I can't explain why but I learned if you say you are an Existentialist then you are not one.

Out of weakness.  The urge to just blow with the prevailing winds.

im an existentialist. This is because i have, for myself, figured out that the meaning of life is absent. There is no inherant meaning to life and no ultimate source of morality; thus, nihilism is correct.

Because nihilism is correct, i believe the next logical step is existentialism. It's logical because it is in the favor of preserving my own life (there's no point in living in a nihilist universe when i can submit myself to an existentialist one).

Basically existentially comes from the acknowledgement of nihilism and movement toward appreciation of diversity in a meaningless universe.
