Why would casey anthony have to wear a ankle bracelet when she has not been convicted?

Question

seems to me people release from jail are put on probation and if violated they either go to jail or house arrest which includes a ankle bracelet I thought once u post bail you are free until trial seems this girl in convicted already

now when shes goes to trial for the charges she has now which are really nothing for a first time offender and found guilty are they just going to give her house arrest and a fine

remember there is no dead baby as of now that any one knows of

she more then likely killed her child. The bracelet is there so the cops can track her. Hopefully lead them to her child.

Bond is a constitutional right that permits the release of an inmate under conditions that assure there presence at trial. The ankle bracelet is used because authorities have determined that she could be a flight risk. The ankle bracelet is used on people with much less severe charges, keeping in mind that Casey faces a six year sentence if convicted.

The judge made his opinion clear during Casey's bond hearing. He believes that she is guilty of more than endangering the welfare of a child, and he has the right and authority to base his determination of bond and home confinement regulations based on what the District Attorney's discovery claims. In other words, if the DA suggests that Casey is guilty of more than the current charges, the judge may take that into consideration, as he has clearly done here.

Also keep in mind that Casey's bond and home confinement restrictions have already failed an appeal. This means that no less than four judges have agreed that her constitutional rights are not being violated. I suspect they are a bit more familiar with the law than most of us in this forum.

Because she has not cooperated with police.The judge didn't appreciate her telling them lies etc.Leading them on goose chases.Like saying she worked at universal and the police taking her there they get to the door and she says NO i don't really!

It cost time and the taxpayers money.

because of her lies I don't feel as though he trusted her to let her just walk after all for 30 days she never reported daughter missing and in the end she didn't her mother did.

By the way it doesn't keep TRACK of her really I thought it would track where she went..its not like GPS ..and tells you where she goes...It just tells you shes HOME.

I am glad the Bounty hunter/bail bonds men are keeping her under 24/7 Sullivance...I am praying the DNA will be released soon with tons more evidence..the pings put her out by the airport..so i say she put the body out there...the body has decomposed because she left it in trunk for a day and out in the sun in the fla heat...by the airport.Few people think shes in the water and gators got her but then why take shovel?

Excuse me, but there was a dead body in her car which has been verified by a homicide detective, a cadaver dog and her own mother (later changed her story to an old pizza, which is absurd) she borrowed a shovel she has shown zero emotion, she is snippy and combative and partied in clubs during the month Caylee went missing. She is a pure sociopath, she killed her daughter, and regardless of whether this is a first offense, any first offense that involves murdering a 2 year old needs extra special attention. Just because she was released does not in any way denote innocence, hence the ankle bracelet. She is deemed a flight risk, she is guilty, the police know she is guilty and they are now hoping she does something to betray her guilt, just a matter of time. I hope she suffers terribly and that will not even begin to match what she did to Caylee.
