Why would files that are set-up to go out monthly not get delivered at all?

I own a Yahoo Group and have several files that are set-up to go out on a monthly basis. For some reason they never get sent at all. The only files that are being sent are the welcome letter and leaving the group letter. I checked in Management/Group Settings/Messages, and it says they will go out monthly. What else, if anything, can I do to make this work right?

yaoo calendar remonders and files are both having iaaues going out in some groups- you need to let yahoo know it's affecting your group as well

Invest in a real software solution instead of using something provided by Yahoo.  That way you have control of the entire system.
