If person A wants me to dedicate the book to my parents instead of person A, why does person A feel that he or she can tell me this?

Does person A feel comfortable enough with me to express this

and that I will not treat person A like c**p?

  1. This question is too vague to even try to answer.  If you are going to dedicate a book to this person, don't you know them?  I think that would invite them to say whatever they want about the book and/or who it is dedicated to.  I think, though I am not exactly sure that's what you're talking about.  Calling them Person A suggests that you are going to include more than one person, say like Person B.

  2. why would you treat them like c**p b/c they're suggesting that you dedicate a book to your parents rather than themselves.  it seems to me that person A is selfless while you're being the odd one.

  3. ...

  4. Put yourself in person A's shoes.  You would prob be modest about the sentiment and suggest someone else not wanting to seem vane.

  5. uhhhh. . . what? doesnt make any sense love.

  6. OK, did you bring up your parents and person A said go ahead, do it for them, or did person A ssay, no not me, do someone like your parents?

  7. person A

    person B

    person ANYONE!

whatevs...thats too confusing...idk what your asking

  8. Your question makes no sense.

  9. Person A is a private person.

  10. ENGLISH!

  11. i don't think it would be someting on your end, but something of an insecurity, a fear of miss understandment, there are many things it could be, or maybe its someting like the quailty of your person a relationship

is it a friend or family, or lover, maybe person a thinks that they shouldn't be such a high priority to do something of that nature
