Why would my eye hurt so much?

I woke up this morning from my eye bugging me. I took out my contact, and it still hurt. It hurts more and for a longer time than ive ever had before. I've flushed my eyes with water. I can't really take a good look cause my eye is like closed shut and red, but i don't think anything is in it.

You may have an infection or a scratch on your eye. You need to see a doctor to say for sure.

maybe pink eye is starting to come on. don't leave your contacts in at night neither cause that is not the best thing to do. it causes your eye to dry up and compress.

well first this happens if ur contatcs are new

same thing happened to me

but if you have had them for a while,then it could be that you need to clean them.

another bg thing is your eyes sometimes get irrated with contacts to dont wear em for a day or 2 and it will get better.

if this still concearns you,aska professional eye doctor.

don't sleep with your contacts in! you're not really supposed to anyway and get new contacts-- the old ones might be dirty
