The pain isn't killing me or anything, I don't even need to take a pain killer but it irritates me a little when I start to workout and when I walk.I do an hour of cardio everday. I don't play any sports. Am I doing something wrong at the gym? Could I be using a bad form while I jog? Am I jogging too hard?Anyway I just wanted to find out if I should be concerned with my knee or if it's just because my legs aren't used to running very often.Should I buy something to put on it so when I go to the gym it doesn't bother me on the treadmill?
