  1. could be not straight i mean level on the floor

  2. could be the pump that was my problem, get some one to look at it.

  3. If I knew the make of the washer I could give very good info too many models to guess!

  4. Take the entire front cover off.  First you need to "pop" open the top cover off, (there are usually 2 flat metal hooks located on the front (just under the top cover and about 6 inches from each side, you need to be careful not to damage the paint or porcelain finish).

Once you do this you can remove the entire front cover; look for the screws that keeps the front on - it's easy).

Now you can check the bottom of the machine and see where the leak is.  Like Elaine J said it’s most likely the water pump (the water seal at the pulley/shaft wears out).

Replacing the pump is easy, but you need to get the part from an appliance repair supply store.

  5. You may have re-connected the hose pipe, but have you checked that it was not broken before you put it back on,  I'm saying you may have assumed that it was just the hose came off, and put it back on without checking it first for breaks. I can't see that it would be the drum itself that's leaking, they usually last the lifetime of the machine. Check the door seal as well.
