  1. I don't know. Some people are s****. about stupid things. They think jogging is pathetic and a waste of time, for lazy people maybe. I run and jog, depending on how tired I am.

  2. I guess running is just a harder form of jogging. Just like walking slowly is easier than power walking.

  3. Some people use these words and it's kinda demeaning to their slower counterparts. Running to some, is jogging to someone else.

However, running is freeing. It can take you out of the doldrums of your every day. You feel like the wind. Powerful. It's satisfying to give your all. Push and succeed.

  4. I like the feeling of running fast!  Plus it's more rewarding when you run to your limit and produce a good time.

I only jog for recovery purposes.

  5. There is a debate as to what is the difference between jogging and running. I guess it is the speed or mental attitude.

The important thing is to exercise, so just do something.
