Why would some one send me a specical delvivery letter

often because it needs to be validated that you got it  as a proof of posting similar to getting parcels you'd need to sign for them ............

it will depend on from whom the letter was sent  ans that's the information you haven't included

could be.  I got one and had to sign for it and it was from a debt collecting agency.

Then again it may contain money, or a cheque or important information for you only.  If you know who sent it that could help you kind of work out what it could be.  If you don't know who it is and are in any way worried easiest thing to do is don't accept it.  If its that important they will contact you again!!

If film is anything to go buy then when a man comes to your door with a "special Delivery", usually with a moustache, You should run away!!!! he is going to come into your house and f**k you.

What did it contain? Had you mentioned that it would have been easier to answer your question.Otherwise the simple inference is to make sure you get the letter.
