Why would some one want to go to France?

I have to make a pretend commercial of why some one would want to go to France for school.

The sights, the food, the tourism, and I heard from my teacher that her friend is a teacher in France, and I heard they have more school breaks and vacations than we do in America.

I moved to France 5 years ago, the culture, the openly friendly people, almost zero crime rate, in my area at least, the freedom of the roads and its generally cheaper to live here than the UK.

dunno if that makes sense, but for MONEY : schools are free, and colleges are not expensive (most of them are about 150-250 € / year).
