Why would someone mess w/me and prank call me alot?

I think its this guy I know and his friends {that are girls} but I can't understand y?

Just don't answer the phone.  If it's a cell phone it's even easier to not answer.

Ignore them.

If someone calls your phone 'restricted', just don't answer.

The first time you answered the phone was an accident, any other time you answer this caller tells me you either like it in a strange way or you are a pigeon for this type of abuse.

You are probably cute and naive who has attracted the attention of an immature boy. That's what I used to do when I was afraid of a pretty girl. I know, don't hold it against me.

Maybe he likes you. Or maybe he's just a jerk. Try not to worry about it though. Maybe have someone else in the house answer the phone instead for awhile.
