  1. Yes, Gruden does love quarterbacks. Old quarterbacks, old receivers, etc. With Favre on board along with Jeff Garcia, I think Gruden is trying to make a 1999 Pro Bowl reunion team.

  2. well apparently 53 qbs is not enough for gruden

  3. They have a pretty talented team, and with a top QB, they could go far. It's a good fit for Favre too, because the team is good enough to give him the chance to win.

  4. Why wouldn't they? He can definitely still play well. Look how great he was at the end of last season. A couple of plays go a little differently, and the Packers would have had a chance at the Super Bowl. And, Chris Simms is still having health issues, I think, not sure.

  5. because their desperate. They must want him to turn on them too.

  6. A quote from Jeff Garcia --  "(Gruden) loves quarterbacks. But he just likes to date them, he won't marry one"

Gruden is a good coach but his personnell decisions are suspect at best and the GM just rubber stamps them.

I'm a Bucs fan and I can't understand it either.  We already have about 12 qb's
