Why would the Hollister store take pictures of their employees? ?

I work next to hollister Co. and I sometimes see employees come to the front of the store and take pictures of each other. Whats that about?

We take pictures to keep track of our recruits. We also take them to send to corporate when a new campaign starts so that they can be on marketing. Marketing are the posters in the stores, the gift cards and the bags. All the kids on the marketing, work at Hollister's nationwide.

Hey, I used to work at Hco, and I now work at A&F.

They just do that for fun, just for kicks, so they can save them and post them on facebook/myspace.

maybe they're friends and just hanging out ?

most hollister employees are so friendly with each other.
