  1. I'm assuming that you have an automatic transmission on your vehicle.

Changing the calipers on the brakes shouldn't have had ANYTHING to do with your transmission.  You must have done SOMETHING in bleeding the hydraulic fluid lines for your brakes that affected the hydraulic system of your transmission. Go back and check your automatic transmission fluid level and see if, somehow, you might have caused it to be low. Then carefully check all connections in the automatic transmission fluid system to see that you didn't accidently cause leakage anywhere.

  2. Your transmission locked up after changing your brake calipers?  There isn't really much possibility those two things are related, unless you somehow put brake fluid in the transmission instead of the master cylinder reservoir...but that would take some serious intoxication.

They're unrelated problems.  You'll have to have your transmission checked.  It probably threw a gear tooth and seized.  Or if it's an automatic, the computer might have gone really wonky.  In any case, you're probably looking at a rebuild.
