  1. Hummm.... I've never seen that information on any death certificate.  If you need that information, you generally have to look for the obituary in the local news paper of record.

  2. does it include the mortician name/ address?

If info is wrong, there is a chance the person lived away from family and a non relative had to provide the info.

The mortician will know what was done with the remains.

  3. I would imagine the funeral home could give you that information.

  4. UK answer.

This information isn't on the UK death certificates. You would have to phone the cemeteries in the area where the person died, if you know the date of death then they will be able to locate the grave for you, if you haven't got the death date then you have to pay for a search to be done..

    Hope this helps.

  5. Most of the information is wrong anyway?  Uh, I don't think so.  I have never had information be wrong on a death certificate.  It is vital statistics information and we get it from the family.  It is definitely not wrong.  And is someone was cremated, of course there wouldn't be anything about where they were buried, it would only state where they were cremated.  Not everyone buries cremains, it would be unneccessary for it to be on the death certificate anyways.
