Why would they have condom machines in California prison?

Does this mean there aloud to rape and have s*x with one another or is this so rapest can hide the dna evidenace of a prison rape??? what the h**l??? Can you imagine a young guy in prison being put in a cell with a grown man and the first thing he sees is a box of trojans under his bunk with the name "BIG BUBBA" written in black sharpie marker???!!!!!!! Why is California so perverted and insistent on katering almost forcing people to embrace homosexuality????

Hey, look at the statistics for STDs in juvenile detention facilities.  Kids acquire STDs in them (they are tested when they go in and come out).  Creepy, especially since a lot of it is involuntary.

This should be advertised on a big scale to have a lot of young people know about this so they will think twice before committing a crime. I was watching jailers (kinda like cops) on tv, the cons would keep the butter that came on their food tray. Looked like some had maybe half a pound saved up in their cell. Bubba probably trades all his dope for butter.

ahaha Big hubba bubba . I like that . They acctually have trailers for some prisoners to go in with they're wife and stuff and im pretty sure thats what they did . I think charles manson has a kid  due to one of those and hey , They know rape happens , I would rather have the condom then aids wouldn't you ?  and they're is notihng wrong with homosexuality , half the guys in the jails have no one  , if they find love in the same s*x  whats it matter . I don't think they're forcing it . At least they'll be happy , they're not all bad guys .

While I don't know the stats, rapists don't generally use condoms... The reality is this, let's face it - California encourages homosexuality and deviant lifestyles.  It really is the last state I would ever want to live in (besides maybe Oregon), and is basically Bizarro-World, where right is wrong, wrong is right, and sexual deviance is sexual normalcy.
