  1. The fuel window is only like 25-30 laps at Pocono.  He couldn't go all 55 laps.


  2. he needed fuel to make it to the end.

  3. He was caught speeding coming off of pit row and was penalized. Are you watching the race?

  4. He was playing the fuel strategy card. He prob. would have finished in the top 5 if he wouldn't have gotten the speeding penalty. He can't catch a break.
