I would use McDonalds to represent globalization and the decent standard of service one can expect each time one visits one of their franchises around the world.

I would if someone forced me to or I was to receive some benefit from doing so.

Otherwise I would have no reason at all to do so.

Since I have no interest in ever working for McDonalds, I kinda think I wont be participating in such an exercise.

I have worked for McDonald's for 1 1/2 years. We do this during our orientation so employees know how to react and what to tell the customer. If someone is complaining about their food we are supposed to tell them we will get them a new sandwich right away, or fresh fries, etc. However, if someone is being rude we do have the right to tell them to leave and have the manager give them their money back.
