Why would ups do this to my tracking info?

yesterday when i tracked my package, it said it was in transit. today it says billing information received. i said this 2 days ago. why would ups change this?

I receive boxes from UPS every workday, and if there's one thing I learned from several years of this, its that UPS mixes up orders and screws up a lot.
