Why would you consider following Buddism? please explain?

It's like saying why would you follow any religion? Buddhism is about enlightenment and striving to do good and getting off the wheel of reincarnation..

Anything wrong with that?

coz it teaches u how to live and doesn't tie u down.

I looked a great deal into Buddhism several years back. I considered it for its wonderful teachings on compassion and forgiveness. But, I decided not to follow it because it is borderline atheist on its views of God.   +?+

Yes. I'm a Buddhist. Would a Chrisitan consider following Christianity.

Why am I a Buddhist? Its logical, simple, to the point and the most direct path to enlightenment.
