Why would you have a link called whats this with no answer?

Question

While setting my options for my Yuk Yuk I get to the bottom and find "Reading Filter" with a link beside "What's This". I would think as most thinking people do that it would be an explaination of what the reading filter does. No. it brings one to this waste of time.

More proof that college educations are now obtained at the cost of one's common sense.

I am glad I received mine before it was require to give up one's common sense.
