Why would you rather be a mermaid than a marine biologist?

We continually see questions from people who want to turn into mermaids so I want to ask them. Why mermaids and not marine biologists? Both get to explore the mysteries of the deep!

Consider this also: you probably have a better chance of becoming a marine biologist than a mermaid?

Well I belive that if the mermaid thing doesn't work than I will be a marine Bioligist.
