Why would you vote for Obama?

Do you want to become a communist country? Why don't you go live in Russia then. I personally like my freedom. Because if you haven't gotten the memo.. Obama is clearly a socialist, and if he is elected president, our economy and country will surely die. People who vote for Obama, will be digging our graves.

It's obvious that you are retarded. Russia is not a communist country, it is a free market where the big business and the fascist government are one in the same, conspiring against the lower class. Much like the direction we are headed right now with Bush or McCain. Obama is going to bring America back to the time of Clinton. Were we socialist and communist then? Well, if we were, then it's time to bring it back, because it meant more new jobs, less poverty, better economy, more peace.

I would *cough* vote for Obama because I am brain dead. I would seriously rather die than vote for him! The "change" he'll bring is bad change. Some people have been talking about him being the antichrist. When that happens you know that he must be bad to some degree at least. What's scary is that people in Germany loved Hitler until he came to power. Obama scares me...honestly.

Russia is far from being communist. They have a prime minister. If they were true commies they wouldn't even have a government (look up real marxist communism, you will see).

I like my freedom too, thats why I am voting for Obama. He won't rip the constitution to shreds in the name of terrorism or money.

True socialism just says the government will provide, as it should.

And, I don't need to worry about digging graves. The clinton regime left my family with enough surplus to afford our own funeral plots. We're all set for the next McBush.

That's not true...

You're making some pretty bold assumptions. First of all, socialist ideas doesn't = communism.  Why don't you check out the United Kingdom. Anyway, If you knew a little bit about Obama, then you would know that Hillary is a bigger socialist.

The only suffering we have and will continue to see, is our troops dying for a forsaken war.  Our resources and troops have been sent out of our country and used to help rebuild a foreign country.  The resources that could have been used to help everyone in the U.S.

What Obama is trying to do is trying to level the playing field.  He wants to give Americans the tool that the need and deserve to at least try to live the American Dream.  Nobody should be able to deny them that.

I was considering both candidates, but when McCain's finalized his VP pick, i'm definitely going with OBAMA.

P.S.-If our country can survive 8 years of Bush/Cheney, we can survive anything.  8 is enough.

I will not vote for Obama for these reasons:

- He is a first term senator

- He has never balanced a budget or worked for a PROFIT company

- He was raised muslim.

- He belongs to a church with radical ideas

- He believes in social policies such as socialized medicine

- He will raise my taxes

- He is one of the most liberal voters in the senate

- I don't trust him

- I am very afriad someone will assasinate him.

- He is a Democrat

- I don't like Biden who is old school same old typical Washington Dem politics.  Yuck!

- I don't need the government to provide for me other than personal safety which I'm happy to pay my taxes for military and police. Other than that I don't need Dems taxing me to death so they can get rich. I have no problem providing for myself and will never EXPECT the government to do that for me.  Now that's FREEDOM!

You are absolutely right! McCain is going to turn this into the next Great Britain! People came over here, and started America to get out of British rule, and now we are resorting back to that if Obama is President. For example, the health care system... Don't people come here to achieve the American dream?  Do they really feel accomplished when things are just handed to them?  This may sound rude, but I worked my little behind off, because I KNEW I wanted to be able to support my family, including having good medical insurance, and guess what...
