Why wouldn't a potential sugar daddy let the woman treat HIM?

out to a meal?....If his ultimate goal is to get into her pants- why wouldn't he take advantage of the offer to go out?

The whole idea behind the sugar daddy concept is that he's buying his way into her pants. It's not just about getting into her pants, the part where he flashes his money is also part of the deal. If she pays the he doesn't get a chance to flash the money and by that he's no longer a sugar daddy.
