Wi-Fi Help! PLEASE ANSWER!!?

My DS used to be able to connect to wifi with no problem at all but now i cant at all. When i search for access point my router appears and the connection bars are full. The WEP key accepts but when i test connection it fails. There are no connection bars and it says its unable to connect to access point even though it just did a while ago. The error code is: 51300. Please help because the help site was no use. PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!!

  1. Unplug your router (and modem) for 10 seconds to reboot them.  Then reboot your computer(s).  You should be able to connect now.

    If you still can't connect, and you purchased the router yourself call the manufacturer.  They can help you get it working properly.

    If the router was provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) call them and they will either send someone to fix it or help fix it over the phone.


  2. Can you attach to the router wirelessly with a laptop?  If so the problem is with your DS.  You need to test this so you can tell if the problem is the router or your DS.

    The error code simply means you can't connect to the access point.

    Once you figure out if the problem is the router or the DS, please add to your post.
