Wi Fi USB Connector?

Question

Ok, yesterday i got a Nintendo Wi Fi USB Connector for my birthday.

I wanted it so i could trade with other people on Pokemon Diamond game.

I've put the disc that came with it in,and succesfully installed everything.

Now this is were im stuck,on my diamond i went downstairs in the pokemon center where you conncet to the Wi Fi. But it says that "there is no compatable acess point in range"

I might be doing it wrong,im not sure...

Wi Fi means wireless so the setup is trying to use the wireless connection to connect and there isn't one.  You need to have the setup use the wired connection and stop trying to use the Wi Fi

Make sure your internet connection is fine, or it might be that the router your using is incompatible with the wii
