Wic im i eligible?

im 19 my baby is 5 month almost 6 months, my husband makes 3,000 a month i make no income. how do we know if we are eligible. if you have wic what information do they ask for please fill me in thank you ( we live in california incase is differnt then other states)

It depends on what part of California. $3000 is a lot for NC where I am, but we live in a low cost of living city, I know it is much higher to live in California. http://www.wicworks.ca.gov/
