Wiccans/witches: While doing a spell using the moon....?

Hi everyone,

I want to know your opinions.

While preforming a spell that will have the moon involved.... Full moon... Does the moon need to be visible for it to work properly?

I live in the city and there is NO place the moon would be visible. Either buildings are blocking or trees blocking. I live in an apartment so no backyard. The country is far away from where I live and with gas prices up these days, can't do it.

no you don't have to be able to see the moon for your magic to work.  it helps with your focus, it is really about the position of the moon and the flow and ebb of the tide that makes the magic work.  good luck!

I dont think it has to I think it just needs to be in the cycle but someone with more experience can give you a more definative answer. I just wanted to star it so my more knowledgeable friends can see it

It's the phase that counts not how bright it shines. The moon still gives it's energy regardless.

While it would be nice to see the moon while casting a spell, I don't think it's necessary. Sometimes things like that happen.
