wich point guard in the nba is my cousin most like he is 4'9 and 11 years old .makes all his layups makes most of free throws out of five 3 pointers he made 3. preety good ball handling .runs very fast so wich one is he like

Tony Parker, Chauncey Billups. No more like Chauncey Billups, he is very good at free throw but Tony Parker is not a 3-point shooter, so I would say Chauncey Billups, but he gotta be tricky too, cause Chauncey tricks opponents.
