MMA if you can take it. Football too if you like getting hit or hitting.

if your looking into contact sports like fighting (as opposed to fencing/football and such) then start with boxing and wrestling. these 2 can advance you into different things like MMA if you want to go down that road. or you can always stay with a specific field i.e. boxing, wrestling, kickboxing.
