If what you mean is what do people from other countries think of Spain?  Those of us who have a little education and/or a little experience in the country very often love it.

Warm people, good food, beautiful architecture and art and gardens, plazas, parks.  great beaches, great wine.  better than great coffee!  lovely landscapes.
