Wich defense for week 1?

Question

I have two DST in my team and i don't know with wich i should start in week 1. I have the DST of the Seahawks (@Buffallo) and the DST of the Lions (@Atlanta).

So wich DST should i start in Week 1?

Lions all the way.  Atlanta has a rookie QB starting and he is guarenteed to turn the ball over a few times.  Plus they have one of the best D-lines in the league so they should stop Michael Turner when they revert to the run.  

Seahawks is still a good play, but Buffallo shouldnt turn the ball over as much as Atlanta.

Both defenses are not playing good offenses.  I'd go with the Seahawks.  Not too convinced about the Lions.  However, you really don't need two defenses.  Don't be afraid to drop one if there's a pickup you want.

I'd go Lions vs. Atlanta.  Its probably gonna be a low scoring game.
