Wich house in Elder Scrolls:Oblivion has a secret passage in the basement?

i was at a friends house and he showed me a house with a secret passage in the basement, wich houes is this and wich town?

Its the buyable house in Anvil... u dont get it from the count or his/her steward tho.. u find out about it from them and buy it from this guy,, it requires a short quest i think in order to open up the passage door but theres other stuff down there too

It might be one of the houses in the Imperial City, many of which have basement trapdoors leading to the sewers. Fathis Ules' house is the only one I can thin of off the top of my head
