Are you looking for a nightlife in London?  Probably Leceister Square and Picadilly Circus and Seven Dials area.

Wow - big question - really it depends on what you like. If you are in central London then Covent Garden and Soho are where you should head to, there are so many bars, clubs and restaurants you're bound to find what you want. A personal favorite of mine is the Trafalgar Hotel,  on Trafalgar Sq. see link below. This has a very funky bar on the ground floor or you can go up to the roof garden and bar which is covered in a kinda igloo. Beware that this place isn't cheap, but there are good bars and there are cheap bars, there aren't any good cheap bars..... Oh - you can expect to bump into a smattering of minor celebs here too.

Soho and China Town. You can get some great food at Dim Sum (aka Yum Cha) and it's cheap. Also enjoy the fabulous buzz of this area!
