  1. Birra Porretis in downtown is very nice and classy for this, I went to a wedding anyversary there once. My sister celebrated her weding in a restaurant, much more affordable than a hall and everyone gets to order from a chosen menu, no need to rsvp.

  2. Weddings are usually celebrated in reception halls. Caterers are then hired to provide the food and beverages.

  3. Vargo's

  4. Most of your larger, nicer restaurants with good settings for a wedding will want to charge for this service.  Perhaps a nice smaller restaurant where you can use a private room for dinner will allow you to perform a civil service at no additional charge.  Of course, you did not indicate if you were willing to pay for this service, how many people would be in attendance, the type of restaurant you prefer, or which part of the city you are interested in holding the event.  Let us know a few more details to be able to assist you.
