i like them both josepph can also be shortened to joey by the child's preference, so slightly more flexible, i like zach, my brother's name is Zachariah, i like it because all the other zacks are zackary, and i like the ch better than the ck

I think that Joe is overused, and maybe a little boring even. (No offence.) But I really like Zack and think that if you were going to use the name, then you should definatley go with it.

Neither are good unless you are using them as nicknames for Joseph and Zachary.  In that case, I prefer Zachary.
