Wich is more extinct...Polar bears or tigers?

Niether is extinct.

Extinction is like pregnancy.  You're either extinct or you're not.  Neither Polar bears or tigers are extinct.  The former are more endangered as there are less of them, they're more specialized in their needs, and their geographical range is more restricted.
