i wanna know wich part of my muscles to build up to play nrl byceps? shoulders? ancles? pecs? abs? triceps? thighs? endurance?

    While playing football, you use a lot of your muscles groups including your legs, arms, and core (back and abs).  But you have to be quick-thinking as well.  It’s a much more strategical game than most people think.
