Wich turtle is more aggresive?

red eared slider or yellow bellied slidier? what do you think? how many times have you been bitten, by either one?

they are so similar in biting.

Its like a mini pitt bull has bitten and attached itself to your finger and it hurts! and leaves a V shaped gouge out of your finger..  no more hand feeding my 36 yr old girls!!

I had a red eared slider, but he never really bit me.

He would hiss when you walked in the room though. haha.

I guess thats aggression.

I had both for many years and was never bitten even once.  I owned five of them.  They get pretty big about seven  to eight inches across.  Not exactly what you could call affectionate pets but they never ever bit me.  Maybe if they were really huge they could.  I fed mine cooked hamburger, bugs and worms and small feeder fish. They were very good eaters. they didn't care for baloney. Released them back into the wild when they got too big so not sure if they would bite if they got bigger than that.
